Whether you're minutes or many hours from the surface, attitude is every bit as important as the equipment you are carrying. The fact is, your safety, and the safety of your team depend on it.

Caution....Humility....A healthy respect for the risks involved and the commitment to minimize them. Daring may take you there but it won't necessarily get you home.

At Extreme Underwater we've developed an attitude about deep diving. We train for it. And with the experience to back it up, we can offer you a depth in training that few can match.

Training Philosophy
Knowledge and understanding are beyond a doubt, the keys to power in any endeavor one undertakes. In diving, the combination of knowledge and understanding provides greater diving safety. To ensure a sound knowledge base, we are demanding on the subject material presented in the programs we teach. Skill development and stress management are equally important in performance of safe dives and in the ability to survive when faced with stressful events underwater. Our programs are designed to develop superb water skills and relaxed, comfortable divers. We believe confidence and efficiency are developed by spending time in the water. Equipment familiarity exercises, stress management exercises, and basic survival skills are practiced repetitively until mastered. It is our belief that being confident, competent and knowledgeable, through responsible training, enables one to survive the seemingly un-survivable.
